"I used to love coming here until the last time. The lady Mia barely acknowledged me. She used the electric file with the very rough bit to remove my gel polish. I kept telling her it’s hot but she ignored me, no apologies. Then she processed to cut my nails down even though I told her I wanted to keep my nails. My gel started peeling after 3 days because my nail bed is now too thin from the drilling. I’m very disappointed and will never come back here."
"I had a wonderful experience! Mai took care of me. I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. I got a gel pedicure and I did a dip manicure. She was very fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. I highly recommend Broadmoor nails and Mai!"

"Had Ashley do my nails from 10-12:20 today. Did normal pedi and mani. Far from the best pedi for sure. Let my polish dry for at least 45 minutes and she had is on so thick on both big toes that they are all gooped off and it’s only 1:30. Also my fingernail polish she told me wait 15 minutes I waited almost 25 minutes and before I even walked out two nails were a goopy mess. Won’t have her again for sure."
