"I am African American, I’m always pleased with my nails and feet the guy Michael does my nails. Unfortunately I’ve noticed the husband and wife Jenny treat black people differently when they come in as a walk in than they do when white people come in as a walk in. Some times they do not acknowledge them when they first walk in. I need to do some rethinking, I’m not treated that way by Michael however Jenny rarely speaks."

"Worst pedicure I’ve received. Didn’t use any type of cleaner for the pedicure tools and no plastic bag in the pedicure bowl. Very rushed job and drilled my gel instead of soaking off with acetone. I still had leftover gel on my nails and the tips are sloppy."

"First time visiting . Sign said walk ins accepted. walked in and the guy just simply said “sorry , no”. Not friendly and no other explanations as to why he couldn’t take me . Maybe he was overwhelmed. However, first impressions are everything.Customer service training is needed . I’ll take my hard working $$ somewhere else ."

"I was a first-time walk-in today and expected long wait times given it was a Monday and there appeared to be several other clients who were already there for their scheduled appointments. Mike, the gentleman at the first station, took me immediately but explained that if his scheduled clients arrived before I was done then I’d have to wait to be finished. I completely understood and was just happy not to be sent away because I didn’t have an appointment (I was sent away from the nail salon I walked into immediately prior to Diamond Nails). Mike was able to apply a full set of pink and white ombrés without any delays, and they came out looking fantastic. I strongly recommend this nail salon not only for their professionalism, but the quality of the work they do…for their long-term regular clients AND for first-time walk-ins like me."
