"Not a place to get gel polish. They do a dry manicure, so no soaking of cuticles. Besides the pain of cutting cuticles dry there is too much cuticle left for the polish to adhere to the nail bed properly. Polish began peeling after 7 days. Very disappointed."

"Extremely disappointed, the manicure was very sloppy. I was told the polish all over my hands would come off in the shower. Within an hour the polish is lifting and bubbling."

"I used to love it here! Things have really changed in the past few months. The vibe is different and not as warm. I was charged for a pedi passport membership that I didn't want. The first one I missed on my bank statement in December. I caught the one in January and asked if they would refund it. I was told the new owner can only approve any refund and they " are not really that involved" so I would be better just using the pedicure. I did do that and then asked to cancel any membership. I feel many techs are leaving and overall it isn't quite as fun and upbeat as it used to be."

"Giving 3 stars because my nail tech Sarah is INCREDIBLE. She always does exactly what I like and want, even when I don’t know what I want, I trust her to just do anything, and it comes out perfectly. My biggest issue with the location now is their front desk people, management, etc. once they switched owners it seems things went downhill. Front desk staff aren’t bubbly, upbeat people like they used to have. They just stay behind the desk and don’t interact like previous employees did. They have messed up my passport program before, which confused me because I thought I had a great understanding of my program and when I can do my nail art. I still recommend the place, but it’s much changed since new owners came in."
