"Would rate less if possible. Came in looking for a triplever linkage longer than the one I had in my tub. Nobody engaged me or said hello. After looking around at what they had, I brought one that could have fit up to the front and simply asked me if I take this home and it doesn’t work. Can I bring it right back? The guy at the counter said that once I install it, it’s mine. I asked if I simply drop it in the tub and test the length of the rail and he said that it would not be returnable. He then got a manager and told me that once I buy this and install it, it is mine. Then tried to explain to me that what I needed was to remove the drain itself and replace it with one with an integrated stopper because the lever styles always fail. Completely ignoring why I was there. I simply came in looking for a slightly longer triplever assembly than the one I had. I’m glad the $17 trip lever was worth my entire life’s business because I would rather go to Lowe’s. At least they acknowledge and take care of the customer."

Turns out the showroom had moved to Polaris, but Michael Doyle took care of us anyway, arranging for the return/shipping back to the DC. On top of that, he later took the time to do some research on what faucet sets might work for my Mom's situation and sent her some suggestions. EXCELLENT above and beyond customer service! My Mom ended up ordering a new one (one of the ones Michael suggested, in fact) and we are crossing our fingers it works.
