"Sales rep was new and didn’t know how to program gift card. That’s fine. Manager comes over and says I was charged once after trying 2 different gift cards. I explained the receipt was already printed for first card. Instead of correcting the issue right there he said I have to come back to get a refund after it hits my bank account. EDIT: After multiple trips the issue was resolved so I increased my rating."

"Elderly woman much more interested in meaningless chit chat and self validation than doing her job of quick customer service. Ace Hardware is a great store but this particular cashier doesn’t know her job. I also believe I was over charged but going back for 1.50 wasn’t worth it to me."
