"Best rental place with very reasonable prices. However the best part about this particular store is the employees. I am a local homeowner that decided to take on the task of doing an extensive remodeling of my house and used equipment from telescoping lifts, concrete saws, paint sprayers, etc. I have rented from big stores and after seeing maintenance issues and equipment simply not working with them i branched out to local shops. The employees at the store have always been ontop of maintaining the equipment, always freely give advice on various tools and their uses, and always try to help. I will definitely continue to rent from this store."
"First they delivered the Bobcat skid steel to the wrong address. We called, as we just happened to drive by and saw it sitting there...mind you we live on a heavily traveled road. We were asked if we could go down and check the number. Yep, it was ours. We were asked if we could drive it down Rt 4...right! Next... they picked up today and drove onto my job site. Mind you...it rained today. We have ample driveway and turn space. It left 8"+ tire mark depressions... WTH! (1 Star) 12/12/19 Update: We have been renting from Arts for years and have had awesome service. This past weekend we rented a Bobcat Skid Steer. Our service started with the Bobcat being delivered to the wrong address. That was rectified. At pickup the driver drove over our prepd site leaving multiple 8+" deep tire marks. I was furious, so reached the out to Arts. The store manager and regional manager were awesome. Although I yelled a lot, they were nothing but professional and willing to help rectify the problem. Thank you! (5 Star)"
