"Sent my mower in under warranty for a transmission leak.They discovered and replaced an axel seal (Mower has only 100 tours). Returned the mower at no charge after the repair. But, did not fill the transmission. Level is barely above add. I think it should have been filled before returning it."

"I received an off-season service savings notice from Koenig in the mail. It was perfect timing because I planned to have my mower serviced anyway! In addition, I wanted a mulching kit installed on our John Deere Zero Turn Mower. I phoned Koenig and spoke with Dallas and asked him if the mulching kit could be installed when the mower was in for servicing and he said indeed it could be done then. Dallas did not have a mulching kit in stock for our mower so he ordered one. My mower was scheduled for pickup on November 1st and delivered back to me on November 3rd! I was amazed at the quick turnaround timeframe and my mower is now ready for 2024! Thanks"

"Purchased a new John Deere X739 Signature Series lawn tractor, 60" mowing deck, air ride set, and 54" quick hitch snowblower. Unfortunately, it was immediately apparent that the all-wheel steer is not working properly, as it tears up the turf whenever I make a turn (see photo). Also, the engine cover/hood was not installed correctly and is misaligned/won't close properly (see photos). I don't know how these types of problems go undetected on a brand new $22k equipment purchase before leaving the dealership. At least I got to drive it for one day. When reviewing the paperwork, I also noticed the serial number of the tractor does not match the serial number on the PO or the finance agreement. Seems I bought someone else's tractor. Sales manager said he is aware of the problem and is correcting it in the system. Said a change was made in the system in order to deliver a tractor sooner which is why the serial numbers don't match. Apparently a limitation of their software. I realize Koenig is working to correct these issues, but I received an email from them requesting I post/rate my experience, so that is why I am posting this review now. Hopefully I will soon be able to update this review and add more stars. UPDATE: In response to Koenig's comments, thank you for reaching out. I appreciate you taking the time to call. As we discussed on the phone, the situation unfortunately degraded rapidly from bad to worse so the tractor and snowblower have been returned. I wish you the best going forward, and hope my situation was just an anomaly. UPDATE #2: One week after returning the unit, my JD Financial account was credited for the returned unit, but then charged a second time (although for a slightly different amount). Been on hold with a JD Financial rep who has been trying to work with the Koenig Richmond store to resolve, but unfortunately he said he was "bounced around". He is now trying to work through Koenig's corporate channel."

"Emailed Koenig for information one evening and Ryan McCoy called me right away the next morning. He answered all of my questions and I was able to purchase my X590 by phone, which I sure appreciated, as it saved me a trip to Richmond. I did the Purchase order by email and Ryan delivered my tractor last Friday. I was also happy to find out that they carry Stihl equipment. Great, prompt service. Wonderful experience. My sons are very happy with the new tractor. Thank you Ryan."
