Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"I want to start off by stating that I understand that the tint machine being down is out of the stores control, however, the poor customer service does not help the issue at hand. Placed an order yesterday evening. Typically, I have found that orders are ready for pickup very quickly. I desperately needed the paint and was starting to grow concerned when I hadn't heard anything from the store around 11am the following morning. I called the store, and the manager Rachel informed me of the issue with the machine and informed me that I needed to call customer service for a refund. I told her I thought that the store would issue the refund and didn't understand why I had to call customer service. I then mentioned that maybe she should have called me and let me know about the order being delayed... I needed the paint asap. She had an attitude and made a snarky remark that she didn't care that she had online orders because the machine was down. I thanked her for not being helpful and for wasting my time. Fast forward 10 minutes later when I got ahold of a customer service rep, Jackie, and she told me that the STORE CAN ONLY ISSUE A REFUND. Now I'm mad. I called the store and instantly sent to the "voicemail". Customer service couldn't even get ahold of Rachel at the Arlington location either. Jackie made sure I got a cancelation email from the store and I thanked her for trying to help me. Jackie stated that the store should have issued the refund no questions asked. This was a terrible experience and I made sure she informed the local area/district manager. Thankfully the Manchester Road location is the same distance from my house so I have a chance to enjoy Sherwin Williams paint without a poor customer service experience next time."
