"Let me start this review by saying that the quality of the floors turned out well. And that’s the only good thing we have to say about this company, which is why it’s not a 1-star review. Their customer service skills do not exist. Sue (manager/owner?) is absolutely terrible at answering the simplest of questions. She was difficult to work with from the moment we paid our 50% deposit. Up until she received our money she was mostly pleasant. After that, it seemed like she didn’t feel she needed to be friendly or accommodating. She was condescending when answering our questions and failed to mention that their business would be short staffed. This delayed our job severely. She originally told us it would take 7-8 working days after sanding had begun. The job took a total of 26 days to complete. She was unapologetic about this delay, and subsequently it delayed the move into our new home as well as other renovations that were planned. She also refused to bring the price down to compensate for the very serious delay. After asking her about it, she blamed the delay on us saying the air conditioner wasn’t working well enough for the floors to dry, even though we had it set to 72 degrees during the 90 degree days in August/September. Overall, this company needs a major training course on customer service. Use them only if you’re ready for major headache, frustration, and never getting complete answers to simple questions."
