"My experience with this company is a great example of how customer service can keep a customer forever. I went in to order everything I needed to put in a paver walkway. They had all the base materials all the edging, landscape fabric, everything for the entire project. Admittedly, we were talking so much about landscape projects, that it's easy to see how the order could have been entered incorrectly. It was important that I received delivery the next day because I had a very limited time frame on the project and losing a day was thedthe between doing it, and not doing it at all. When I got home the following day, I saw the delivery was incorrect and missing several pieces. When ordering they told me they didn't do deliveries on Saturday, so I knew I was out of luck. I called to see if maybe there was another delivery coming, and at that point, they recognized they didn't enter the correct items for delivery. I thought I would need to scramble to find some way of picking these things up and I would likely lose half a day. However, first thing Saturday morning their truck was at my house with all the materials. I don't know the profit margins in the landscaping supply industry, but I can't think it's all that high. To send someone to my house for three or four hours of labor had to have killed whatever profit they made on my order. Moreover, they did it on a Saturday. I called the office back to thank them, and they said they had to make it work for me. I'm already planning my next project and I'm looking forward to talking it through with their team and hanging out with their animals."
