"They make me feel really uncomfortable. They will just send you out with a new reward card if your phone number changes. I feel like they are always staring at me. It almost feels like they are accusing you of stuff before you even enter the store. They make sure to tell the other people upstairs about your presence. Nothing like being under a servalence team while trying to get your parts. I hate going in the store."
"This is such a cute Ace Hardware!!!! They had so much more than I was expecting at this location it felt more like a trendy boutique on the first floor! They have everything you would want from an Ace and more. I called ahead looking for a particular item and Lindsay went above and beyond to find the item for me and put it on hold. "This place is an amazing reason not to visit the north side, while saving time and money. I needed three relatively random hardware store objects, and they had them all. The associate was extremely friendly when I called to ask if they were in stock, and to my surprise all of the items were the same price or cheaper than both Walmart and Lowe’s. Furthermore, there were friendly employees on every single floor who greeted me and escorted me to exactly what I was looking for. The interior of the store is nicely laid out, clean and bright, and has great decor that pays homage to downtown Wooster’s history. Did not even expect to be writing this review but honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time, could not recommend this place more. Glad to see downtown has some quality shopping destinations taking root."
