"I picked up a couple of things at the Dollar General at 5310 Cleveland Rd., Wooster, Ohio, the morning of 14 Feb., 2024. I paid for my items with a debit card, which I left in the machine. The checkout lady, Lisa, tall with bluish hair, ran out into the parking lot and returned it to me. Her attentiveness and concern for a customer saved me a nightmare. I thank Dollar General for employing people of high character like this lady."

"I asked for help getting something off a high shelf. The worker said "Well are you actually gonna buy it?" I thought she was kidding so I laughed but she was dead serious. I told her yes if it's what I need then I'm buying it. She grumbles about going to get a ladder and asks where the item is located. I show her and tell her I think there's boxes inside of boxes that contain what I need. She proceeds to tell me that nothing is inside the boxes. (I tried getting it down myself but it was too heavy so I know it wasn't empty) When I told her this she rolled her eyes! She finally gets up on the ladder and hands me an item that isn't what I asked for. I nicely tell her that isn't what I need and she rolled her eyes again. Finally she opened the box and lo and behold, there's more boxes inside! Just like I said! Better yet, a note falls out of the box that states that store clerks should make sure boxes are not to be nested on display."

"The old lady that was the cashier needs a new job she’s worked at the store in Creston and Seville as well (depending on where I’m going to or from is which I stop at) and she’s been terrible at all 3 stores no I’m not putting the cartons of pop on the counter in certain fashion just so you don’t have to move them that’s her job! this is not the first time she’s been snotty I flat out told her that’s her job!"

"I was in their store today I brought something to their attention but they copped an attitude about it. The only thing I can say is when you go shopping there make sure that they're charging you the price that's posted on the Shelf. And after today I will no longer be shopping at this store. Why would I want to shop at a store that treats their customers the way they treated me today. And it was the young man that works there who told me he was the manager who cop attitude. He's not professional whatsoever he shouldn't even be in that position."
