"I discriminated against for using the cleveland paint program. I came in w my paint voucher email and was told i havd to leave and print it out. I asked how many cans of paint can i get and the store mananger refused to tell me without the print out. I left for the second time that day because service was so poor. From to 2 -4:20 and i still wasnt able to receive service for a simple transaction. Then she began telling me i shouldn't be painting my house right now this time of year and then was super upset her employee had tinted my primer when i was there w a voucher earlier this month. She wanted the name of the employee. She wanted the exact day i was there which i have no clue. She refused to still answer me how many cans of paint i can get. She started saying the paint program doesnt know what they are doing and she knows more. She told me they will not be giving me anymore paint and the program is over after this. I said they said they wont leave me w a half painted house. She said they will give u it next year. I said that not what they told me. I told her i had already been here once today w a super long wait so long i had to leave grab my daughter and come back. She told me to complain to corporate. I said im a single mom w five kids i need my house painted i need to do this this week u have already wasted hrs of my painting time. Then she said there can be fraud and she refused the honor it without a printout.. i asked to pay her to print out she refused. which another employee did take it without printout when i got primer weeks prior. Went and got the voucher printed waited asked again how many cans of paint i can get and she starts interagating me...when were u here etc. They wont reemburse me form city of Cleveland if i dont know. My phone wouldnt work in this store at all.. zero service. I try calling corporate and therese at paint program no service. I said you have my voucher in front of you w $730 in paint on it what the problem. She said you cursed at me before im not serving you. She made me leave which my voucher is only redeemable there. It happened between 2-415 today. I told her its on camera.. u don't treat people this way. I asked for her name and number to corporate. I call led them and still NO ANSWER. HOPE THEY GET THIS WOMEN FROM DEALING W THE PUBLIC. SHE IS A BIG BULLY PERSONALITY."

"LOVE this location -- It is so conveniently located and the staff are all very friendly. Had to give a special shout-out to Brendan (Store manager at this location) who literally SAVED MY LIFE three times in the first week that the store location was open. He is super knowledgeable and walked me through what I needed for concrete scraping and painting; getting paint out of my car seats (!!!!!); and doing some ceiling work. He was happy to help, clear, concise and gave me fantastic products / tips to use. He REALLY knows his stuff!!!!"
