Once we decided on laminate, Nick was always willing to help us decide on a particular product, even though we made a half-dozen trips to the store. Nick went out of his way to make several calls to the manufacturer to determine when our selection would be available. When he was told that that flooring was on back order from the manufacturer he located enough product in Georgia and had it shipped to Heritage. He also perfectly color-matched baseboard which needed to be replaced. Next Rudy painstakingly installed everything with amazing precision and speed.
