"Very unprofessional. I called to invite them to bid on a $300 million + project and the guy hung up on me after asking for sales guy, or a sales guy's email to send an RFQ. He goes "I don't have an email, and I'm not getting his", then hung up. I wouldn't trust a company to negotiate good pricing and provide customer service when they treat other people in the industry so horribly. I've made thousands of calls this year, and this guy's tone just out him at number 1 (and if you're in construction and dealing with contractors, that's saying a lot). This is a business you'll probably not see around in 5-10 years."
"These guys know what they are doing. They carry only the best quality lumber and supplies. As far as tools go, I would shop here for everything but power tools. Their selection is limited and the best brand names are lacking. They have hardware and fasteners for most any job and for those diyers they have little treasure finds that help with all your projects."
