"Went to seal trim on a glass door screen, like I previously did six months before that cost $15, the two unkowledgable, poorly trained and lazy young men were terrible. Talking about $48, that really didnt want to be bothered, I just left. What happen to the other man that knew his job that was there for years."

"Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner."
"Not a great experience at all. Went in on a Saturday and paid cash for some items and tried to return what I didn't need on Monday. He was going to return a item that was less than 20$ and charge me a 10$ restocking fee then proceeded to say that because I am white I was just returning the item because I didn't want a black man to have my money or make noney off of me. Will necer give this stor business again I will travel the 8 miles to home Depot even if its for a item that is 50 cents and I'm just around the corner as I was Saturday. Hope no one else ever has this type of experience at this hardware."
