"We had a wonderful experience with the guys. Very professional Jose explained the process to us fully. Job was done in a good time. The men cleaned up after themselves. Our home is much warmer. Basement looks excellent we are very satisfied with the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone knowing they will be just as satisfied with them as we are. I felt comfortable with Jose he also I believe is one of the most honest men I have met in a while. And that it's self made our time with him very nice. Great job guy's in the cold to I give you all credit for what you do."

"Jose Barcenas and his crew worked hard and completely finished the project. Jose was honest, trustworthy and thoroughly explained the project. He walked us through verified project scope. Jose provided options to consider, and was willing to work with us on options. The crew placed protective plastic & cloths over work area and when complete cleaned up extremely well. Even though the weather not ideal....subzero temps the crew worked to finish the job. Excellent communication, particularly when an issue/concern arose EX: no drainage pipe under basement floor but thick layer of stone compensated for this. We were pleased with Jose. The only complaint we have was we feel that the pricing options were presented in a manner where we couldn't explore more options to take care of our issues. We only had a weekend to determine if we wanted to proceed. More time than that is needed. We give Jose and his crew a 5 star rating. We give the communication with the sales, main office a 3 star rating as we feel they were not timely."

Ron and his son were absolutely AMAZING prepping our basement for the work. I had a ton of stuff down there they were able to move out of the way and make it easy to get the work done. They were super fast and efficient and got it done in a day and half. They were also super friendly and very communicative. Emmanuel and his team were the hardest workers I’ve seen getting the work done in only 3 days. They were very prompt, explained everything super well, and we couldn’t be more happy with our waterproof basement!
