"I had bought a Stihl Weed-wacher couple weeks ago. Used it once to test it. Start up is okay, but not as I expected as it says "easy start". During sales their service was great but when I said I want to return this in two weeks, the tone changed!! I was told "it is used" then I asked "How do I know if it is good equipment or not? without using/testing it?" Then I was told "people buy chain-saws and then return it"... I understand that part of the argument also. For the weedwacher I bought for about $209 had issues with wire feeder and I had more stops to re-feed the wires in about 1/2 an hour use. It was not user friendly at all. I had used it once but the gentleman at store tells me "I can tell you for sure it is used more than once!". I had to pay for new wire feeder and the guard to return the equipment. It costed me about $50. He gave me credit for 6 pack of lubricant oil for about $13. I also understand his point that Stihl would not take the quipment back and the store gets only 10% of the value. In future I will make sure I don't buy anything from this or any store if it does not give me chance to return if I don't find the equipment userfriendly. Typical return policy for Lowe's or Home Depot is about 30 days and never anyone gave me hard time when I went back to return anything I was not happy about. This is my learning, it is not a complaint and I understand the store's reasoning too."

"A clean store staffed with knowledgeable and friendly associates who know where to find the right stuff. I went in this morning and was among the first customers in the store. Keith greeted me as I came in and asked if he could help me find anything. I told him I was looking for toggle bolts and wood shims and he told me which aisles I needed to go to right off the bat. I found everything quickly and found the whole experience quite enjoyable"

"This place is a nice quick stop if you're just needing a couple items and not wanting to run down to a big box like Home Depot. The prices are very similar so you're still getting a deal even with it being a small hardware store. Checkout was a little slow, could use some improvement there. All and all a good place to shop."
