"We recently used The Carpet Store to replace the carpet in our family room and a basement bedroom. Alex and her staff made the process very easy. They were helpful and very knowledgeable during the selection process and installation was a breeze. Thier installer, Randy, is a gem. It was a two-day job that he handled completely by himself. He was on-time both days, extremely professional and friendly. He worked hard, and non-stop, both days to get the job done in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and even went the extra mile by rehanging the bedroom and closet doors, which we had no idea he was doing. We were very pleased with the entire process and will work with them again when we have additional carpeting needs. Highly recommend!"
