"Doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t call back. I never leave a bad review but can’t suggest using this place I called three separate times and left three voicemails with a return number and I e mailed and got no response. It’s been over a month Edit to add: They responded to this review very quickly but I received no phone call back even though I’m a past customer (they recognized that in their response, I’m sure my phone number is in there system so not sure why they didn’t actually call me to resolve the issue rather then just respond to this review) I tried calling 5 more times during business hours and left messages and no one returned my phone calls again . I did get a real person on the phone once; I did explain the project and my disappointment with the lack of response. I was told the person who could help me get on the schedule was out and he would call me back that day; I never heard back from anyone once again. It’s disappointing because we were hoping to have our upstairs redone in the same flooring we purchased back when we originally used this company four our downstairs flooring but the communication is horrible . I now can’t match the flooring despite multiple attempts to contact the company and get help. The day I spoke to someone on the phone, the person I spoke to should have made sure I got a phone call back, especially after I expressed the amount of times I called with no return responses."
"We have worked with Innovative Floors on several projects and they have always come through for us. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for new carpet or flooring."
"Do not recommend. The team came unprepared, did not come with enough materials and stretched out the process. They made a mess and WE had to move all the furniture ourselves. Also suspected that the crew came back late at night after we mentioned we’d be out for the night. Their van pulled up at 9 at night with no lights on."
