"Never have been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I always have anxiety walking into places like this. But I walked in and without even taking the part out of my hand. The gentleman knew what brand and model of part I had. He went and got a new one, came back, then let me know I can contact the manufacturer to get a replacement for free but I'd have to wait for shipping. I may not have bought anything today but I'll be back! A lot of companies could learn from this."
