"We bought a pressure washer from Northern Tool (at their store in Fort Wayne) and it wasn't working right out of the crate. So Northern Tool told us to take it to Dayton Tool Crib for repair. They've had it for almost 4 months and it still isn't fixed. Each time we call about it, their repair tech is "out to lunch," even at 3pm. I would prefer them simply tell me that they don't want to fix it than lie about why it hasn't been fixed yet. Don't waste your time taking anything here for repairs. I will not be shopping here anymore, they are dishonest. I paid $3500 for this pressure washer and in 5 months haven't been able to use it once, but these guys couldn't care less (obviously)."

"Been here twice.. first time I went just to get a feel for the place and see what they sold and was over all impressed by how many American made tools they stocked. Today I went back to grab hex sockets and they didn’t have the exact brand I wanted but they recommended me another good quality usa made set. Over all the staff is great and the tools are great also!"
"Helpful staff and most items have a lifetime warranty. Plus the prices can be much less then the tool trucks and if you do brake your tools you don't have to wait for the tool truck to come back, you can just take it back and swop it out instead."
"I visit her ofter when looking for good quality tools at reasonable prices. They do honor the S&K tool lifetime tool warranty on non power handtools. I have had no problem with customer service."
