"My husband stopped on Saturday thinking they closed at noon to pick up some caulk for a project. He used to buy supplies when he roofed for a living. It was a few minutes after 11:00 and the company owner was walking to his vehicle, who my husband knew from the past. My husband tried to talk to him but has a paralyzed vocal cord from cancer. The owner moved further away and told my husband he couldn’t hear him in a rude way. My husband stepped toward him again and the same thing happened. Way to treat a customer with cancer!"
