"I'm not sure why the bad reviews of this company. I guess you can't please everyone. I will say I give them 5 stars. My water stopped in my house and I called them, they was there within the hour and returned the next morning to start digging up my buried well and do the necessary repairs. They did a great job. They were very informative to us on what they were doing and took there time to explain to us. My bill was even cheaper than what they originally quoted. If I ever need them again ( which I hope I do not) I will def. Be calling them. I would recommend them to anyone based on the experience I had with them."

"Same as the other one star reviews, avoid these guys. We moved into a home with an Adam's and Sons system. We called them and asked if they could come explain it to us. They said ok, they would send someone Monday. They showed up Friday morning and proceeded to tell us it would be $225 to show up for 20 minutes and do nothing but talk. When I called and expressed concern that we weren't warned about the fee they were extremely rude, condescending, and sarcastic. I will note, the technician that was here, Scott, was very pleasant and knowledgable"

"Horrible experience…. I needed a pump for my well and their service guy comes out and confirms. Says a figure which was almost 2000 more dollars than every other place. Then when I said I wanted to get another opinion he said I owed him 225.00 for service call which he provided no service… then proceeds to tell me if I do go with him I only get 125 off my over priced bill… what a scam. Also never told me this fee prior to coming. I called others and most did charge to diagnose the problem and one said 80.00 but wow 225 to tell me my pump wasn’t working I knew that before they came out! This is very frustrating and I hope no one ever has to encounter this!!!"

"I called Adam and Sons on a Sunday afternoon and left a message with my issues. I received a call back the same day, very pleased with that.. being it was a Sunday. They were able to send someone out the next day by 11am. Cole got to my house on time and after a short conversation and quick inspection he was able to diagnose the problem. I thought I was in need of a new pump but it was just a wiring issue. Cole was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.. was even thoughtful enough to give me some tips on dealing with the iron in my water. They will definitely have my business in the future."
