Our inventory of reconditioned machines is limited, but we offer free estimates on home sewing machines. We have separate policies for industrial machines and home sergers. We sell needles, specialty thread, feet, parts, oil, and more. Commercial customers are encouraged to bring their machines to us, and we have a stand set up for that purpose. We prefer payment by check or cash, but credit cards are accepted with a $15.00 minimum plus a 3% surcharge. When bringing your machine in for repair, remember to bring the foot control and any electrical cords required to run your machine, as well as a loaded bobbin ready to sew. Look for the big white house up from Barney's Busy Corners. If you are experiencing issues with your machine, such as tension problems or timing issues, our expert staff can help diagnose and repair the problem. The woman scolded me for buying cheap bobbins and made me write on the chalk board one hundred times “The needle goes in flat side back”. Now seriously, she was so helpful checking out the whole sewing machine and also pointed out I had the wrong foot on the machine. The three generations of sewing machine service is certainly apparent. I'll be taking my mothers White Machine there for a tune up."
