"I love these guys! I have taken 9 of my past cars to them..seriously. I have been here for 3 yrs now! We get on each others nerves sometimes but these are honestly good people. They do their best here and you get a real human experience with a owner who does his best for his customers as well as his workers. And as far as going the extra miles concerned, don't even get me started..that's a norm."
"Bill did a big transmission job for me and so far so good. He got us in and out in reasonable fashion. I went to the dealer previously for the first reman trans which lasted about 3 years. This time around Bill took care of us. So new radiator, reman trans and a good inspection of the vehicle and we are good to go. The car rides and heats much better. Thank you KB Automotive."
"Took my car in this morning because it wouldn't turnover on its own without being jumped. Took only a few minutes to see that I had some loose connections to my battery and needed a quick part replacement to tighten it down. No extra diagnostics or an appointment is needed. Didn't receive special treatment for being a girl which is a good thing. The service charge was $5 (mainly for the part) which I didn't have the cash (since it seems there is a minimum card charge) and Bill said to not worry about it. I'll pay it forward with more business in the future instead. :)"

Public records available online disclose numerous civil lawsuits and criminal charges filed in Summit County Court, Akron Municipal Court, and Stow Municipal Court against the owner, William Harrison, and KB Automotive Technology. Consumer complaints naming this shop are on file with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and available for review. Also available to view online are the 56 tax liens against KB Automotive Technology that the Ohio Department of Taxation had filed as of of August 2023.
