"Gearheads provided timely feedback on the diagnosis of my car and was very easy to work with! They are not pushy like other shops and dealerships and are very transparent when suggesting additional service. The price was very reasonable for the area. This is my new go-to shop for my car and will definitely return for any future work needed for my car. Give this shop a try, they are very reasonable to work with and customer focused!"

"Came in with my 1988 Pontiac Fiero Formula to see if I could get some things fixed. I needed a part specific to that car and I had no luck finding it. They were able to find it after just a day or two. They treated the car with great care, had great customer service, and all with a fair price. 10/10 recommend."

"I took my vehicle into Gearheads to have the outer tie rods replaced. I dropped it off in the morning and left my keys in the envelope and drop box as I start work before they opened. I picked it up after work, and there was no conversation other than the cost at that time. I paid my bill and took it straight to have it aligned, where I have paid for lifetime alignments on my vehicle, and was told that an alignment could not be done because a random piece of pipe had been put on the tie rod as a makeshift jam nut. I called Gearheads while with the mechanic doing the alignment, and gearheads told us that they didn’t have any problems, and the mechanic doing the alignment must not have good enough tools do the job - no concern for me, my car, or the problem. Without the alignment, my car was not drivable as I had just got new tires and was not taking a chance to wear my tires out unevenly without the alignment. Gearheads told me they were closing, that they couldn’t talk any longer, and that if I called back I would get an answering service. There was absolutely no offer to find a solution and definitely no admittance to putting some strange pipe on my car rather than an actual jam nut. I was left to scramble to find a mechanic to replace the random pipe “jam nut” on a Friday night and then still get it aligned. I have regular maintenance done on my car including tire rotations and alignments, so the makeshift jam nut was noticed immediately once gearheads stuck it on without telling me. I called and left several messages as it’s near impossible to get someone on the phone. I received one phone call back but was at work. I have called since and left messages and never received any further communication. I intentionally waited several weeks to give them time to make it right as I know they’re busy, and it’s the holiday season, but that hasn’t happened. Take your vehicle to mechanics with transparency and integrity, which isn’t gearheads. Photos include the random piece on my tie rod and several once it was taken off."

"I usually like to work on my own cars, but I'm glad I gave Gearheads a try! My wife's car and mine both broke during a busy week when I had no time to fix them. Gearheads was able to squeeze both cars in the day after I called. They did good work at a reasonable price. On one issue they offered a unique solution that cost less than the typical repair method. While the car was there, they fixed a few exhaust leaks that other shops were afraid to touch. I have already recommended them to friends and would not hesitate to use them again."

"On August 18th, I had this shop perform an 4-wheel alignment on my BMW M3. I called ahead to make sure they could achieve the custom specs that I wanted and they assured me it was no problem. They fit me in their busy schedule and I was able to wait on the car instead of leaving it there. While the car tracks great and I got exactly the specs I wanted, it seems like the tech took a chisel (or some other damaging tool) to my aftermarket front strut mounts. I paid $461 for them so I’m not happy about that. The strut tower itself is also deformed where it meets the mount. Additionally, I had scratches on my door handle and dirty boot prints on my floor mats. Finally, I couldn’t get a print out of the alignment readings for my records. Instead I had pictures of the computer screen sent to my email. Really not the kind of care I expected from a place calling themselves “Gearheads”. I was willing to let these things go, especially after Eric reached out to make sure I was happy on August 21st. I responded with everything I said here including the images of the strut mount damage, but he never responded. It’s been 2 months now. I rated 2 stars because the alignment was good, but I won’t be returning to this shop. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here."
