"Why bother having this location if customers are not allowed inside? Maybe, if the website was designed by someone who knew what they were doing and specific search terms actually worked, one could order their hard to find items and pick up in those little boxes outside the store. Since I could not find specifically what I needed, and cannot talk to a human who knows how to use their internal inventory lookup, I spent an extra 10 minutes looking for my item on amazon. I am not a fan of amazon but if fastenal doesn't want/need my business, there are plenty of other out-stretched hands waiting for my money. If this location closed I certainly wouldn't lose any sleep (or the entire company for that matter). If you're that scared of an egregiously over-hyped virus, maybe you should all just stay home in your closets.... you know, because it's so scary. Why take a chance? Lowes and amazon for the win......"
