"I was referred to Plumbing Tech and from my first conversation, I was impressed! I got disconnected and immediately received a call back from them. WOW. That never happens. We went over all the details and schedule an appointment. Then I get real confirmation texts, follow up information, I mean stuff we always talk about but never get. Now comes the appointment, more text showing arrival and photos of plumbers with name. OK, now he (Justin) comes in, introduces himself and even shakes my hand. He looks at everything, makes recommendations and works with management on the details and pricing. Now he’s working, second plumber joins him, office manager delivers more parts, heck I couldn’t be more impressed with them. They have excellent communication, follow through, professional plumbers with great skills and personality. I don’t say these things lightly, you see I have consulted with service companies across the country on how to improve their service and Plumbing Tech hit a home run in every aspect of their service and business. I fully recommend them 100 percent. Well, I should have listened to Plumbing Tech…. They said I should replace all the shut off valves and I didn’t. Who would think that a 50 year old valve would leak after you turn it off and on a couple of times. Thank goodness they didn’t laugh at me when I called. They scheduled me right away, sent me a text when Wes was on the way. He was great as he helped to fix all my problems the first time and knew exactly what needed to be done. Mary Beth, Kelly and the entire team were GREAT at keeping me informed and up to date on all the repairs and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and value they provide. The only thing I would do differently is LISTEN more carefully to the professionals when they make a knowledgeable suggestion . Thanks Plumbing Tech, you are the BEST!"

"This is the second time we have used Plumbing Tech. This was to repair a bath tub faucet that suddenly lost water pressure. Jacob was prompt, professional and did excellent work. We knew up front what everything was going to cost before any work was done. They are priced very fairly for the work done. We are in a 100+ yr old home and he did recommend replacing the secondary shut off valve as it could not be turned, which I did go ahead and replace.
