"I would not recommend anyone that wants their vehicle back in a timely manner use this facility. They had my fiancés truck over 2 months repairing damage from an accident when the repair order said it should of taken 19 days. It was a total inconvenience that they had taken so long and they knew the insurance would only cover a rental for 30 days. We had to pay for rental fees over $700 on top of the monthly payment of the truck that we could not drive and a $500 deductible that if you ask me should of been waived for the headache. Called numerous times asking about the truck and never could get an eta on when it would be complete. Finally received the call to pick the truck up and the chrome paneling was missing and on the other side of the truck they tried to glue a piece instead of replacing it. When my fiancé told them they said they must of missed it in the quote. So now both sides of the truck look different and there was no way even if they offered to fix the chrome at a later date that I would bring the vehicle back there for who knows how many days to fix it. I did make a phone call and was direct with one of the lady’s and she made a complaint to a co worker but I bet if that lady had to shell out as much money as we did and get a run around she would not be happy either."
