"I had poor service at Quick Lane today! The agent took my keys, didn’t allow me to talk or explain what’s the issues I’m having with my car! He kept yelling at me in front of other customers! Because I asked what is the service that my car gonna receive! And because I asked him to allow me to tell him why am I bringing the car today!!! We are talking brand new car almost 1 yr old! When I buy what’s called “luxury car” , I expect a decent treatment! I don’t except to be insulted and yelled at as a bad kid just because I wanted to be informed of the services that I’m gonna get, before they do it! I had Toyota before and never had such horrible service with their service department!"
