"Brett Wagner is a really nice individual, however, he values 5 star reviews over employees. He complains about integrity until he has to have it with with his employees. He doesn’t care about people who work for. He only cares if a 5 star review is posted by customers. Doesn’t care if they are actually taken care of. Just that the job is done. He will tell you what you want to hear but not follow through with his promises. He treats employees like office equipment and expects something for nothing. A true entitlement mentality. He doesn’t care if it is right or not, as long as it’s done. He feels you owe him."
