"If I could give negative stars I would horrible customer service the only communication that was made was when I called and they would just brush me off and not call back half the time. took them 6 months to do a simple stock LS rebuild with a upgraded cam and when I went to go pick it up finally they tried charging me an extra 700 dollars that was never communicated with me. Not to mention the fact that after installing in the vehicle the rear main seal poured oil… pulled it out checked the seal and it wasn’t in all the way. Haven’t been able to let the engine run long enough to know if anything else is wrong guess we will find out…"
"Never done business there, but the guy that answered the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and gave me great tips and advice! Fixed my carb myself. How many people these days take that kind of time (approx 5 min) to listen and really help customers? A: very few! My next build will go straight to them prior to installation regardless of pricing! You guys bought my loyalty by simply offering a few expert tips in my, already installed engine, tuning problems. These guys gotta be great and experienced mechanics!"
"Work appears to be good. Their turnaround promise of 10 - 14 day was not met by a long shot. Relatively mundane job took 40 days to complete. No communication. I called back on 4 occasions to get updates and received only more broken promises of completion. In the end they made no effort or offer to make it right by me. Likely won't be returning. As you can see by the owner's response they do not accept responsibility for the vendors they choose. At no time did they say they communicate that they lacked the ability to grind a crankshaft. The crankshaft in question was not sent out to their vendor until 4 weeks after we dropped off the work. Perhaps this review and the owner's response will give you an insight as what you can expect."
