"After being let down by another rental company, we were excited to find the perfect rental car close to home. We booked the car with an agent over the phone, confirmed multiple times that the car was available for pick up immediately. When we arrived we were told that they had no cars available in the size that we needed and wouldn’t until the next day. Very disappointed. We left with no rental and no other option."
"I set up my rental online about a month in advance. When I picked up the car the employee explained all of the details very clearly, from the add-ons to the return. The vehicle was exactly as I expected as far as the model. It was very clean and ready to go. I enjoyed my vacation with no worries. "Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Richmond, IN was great to work with. I had recently bought a new vehicle and less than 24 hours someone hit me, and the vehicle was totaled. Once we got a approval for a rental car Enterprise found me a vehicle that was comfortable to drive. Once the payment was settled, they extended me the same price as they were charging the insurance. That allowed me to have a car for a while longer until next steps in closing out my loan. It was nice to find someone so easy to deal with and really cared about me and showed that in many ways.
