Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning

"Hauser is the third HVAC company in 6 years I've worked with. The other two were ok, but left a lot to be desired when it came to competence, knowledge and integrity. The past year I've called Hauser twice; once for mini splits and once for a gas furnace. Both times the techs were knowledgable, compotent and straightforward. They figured out what the issues were and fixed them quickly. Also, they communicate promptly and clearly. I messaged them around 10pm the night before and they called me at 8am the next morning. I am happy with the services I have received and highly recommend them."

"I had a new furnace installed less than a month ago. Called them back the same day because I smelled gas. Was told there was not sign of a gas leak. Now, less than a month the carbon monoxide detector is going off. The fan is running but the furnace is not working. Called for service but was told they would have to g et back with us tomorrow. Was told they needed to get supervisor approval to send someone out. Called 2 hours later. Still no update. Entered in To a chat for status. She disconnected from the chat because I was stating a lack of confidence on being contracted. After 5 hours, I called again. Was told all technicians were off street. No contact and no care. They will escalate to the highest manager and I will be contacted within 24 hours. Why did I enter in to a partnership with a company that us not willing yo take care of the customer? Regret my decision to use Hauser. Poor service. Being misled on service and no intention of taking care of out issue. Too bad I cannot post a Zero!!"

"The scheduling folks were great, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not have to settle for a time or day, they were able to schedule around my time. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable about my specific system and explained all he was going to do. After finishing he explained all that he had done and some interesting findings. He made sure that all he explained was understood. Would definitely recommend"

"Called Hauser for a service call regarding my gas furnace on one of our coldest days thus far in 2024. I was placed on first available list for the day. The technician was here within 2.5 hours. Troubleshot the issue. He thoroughly explained what was happening and how it was addressed. I highly recommend Hauser for any heating or cooling issues. Their communication and service is a 5 star."
