"I had an accident in 2021. We brought in the car and communicated we would like to fix the car to be safe to drive and neglecting some scratches on the car. They finished the job with a very competitive price. The team is nice and helpful. The car “look” fine. However, it keeps making some noise when I drive and I can’t figure out why. We brought it back to them 2 times and the issue continues. Recently, I am experiencing sliding on the road with small puddle and when I turn, the car is kind of out of control. Today, we finally get to an auto service place. They drove my car around and asked if I have hit something. I shared the only accident and how it happened, the auto service place advices it is related as the control arm in the suspension is damaged and the suspension is not put together tightly. It is very disappointed to learn that Deerfield collision did not put my car back together right. It looks alright from the outside….. who would have known the parts inside is not put together properly/ replaced if needed?"
