"They’re cheap and it shows in their work. Got a clutch job done and everything was fine the day I got the car back the next day the Speedo stopped working no big deal right I call them they say they’ll fix it. The day after that I go to start my car and it won’t even turn over. I try and find the issue but couldn’t come to find out the starter wire wasn’t properly crimped on. They didn’t find it the tow truck driver did. I get the car to them to get the speedo working it takes them all day I go to get it they make me pay 75 dollars to fix a problem that them and only them could have caused. I’m a bit annoyed but understand they are working ya know. Come to today I’m driving to Kentucky to visit family my battery light comes on. I go to check and my alternator belt is off I get my tools to retighten it and the bolt is sheered off. Completely in half I know there is nothing that would cause that other then it not being properly installed and tightened. And they were the last people to touch it. I will not be taking my car back I recommend nobody else unless it’s small work. They are nice people but I just can’t in good faith recommend them to anyone based on the fact that the US dollar is losing value and you want what your paying for to be done correctly, they can’t seem to do that"

"If you’re needing auto work or a simple oil change and you want to have service by “the good ol boys” where you feel like you can trust them and they won’t steer you wrong, then look no further! I recently went here for an oil change and new windshield wipers and had great service. This is like a local ‘Mom and Pop’ shop and they’re a local 4th generation owned shop! I’ll definitely go back and would recommend them."

"I had some issues with my 2008 Hyundai Elantra that I needed to get checked out, and I had been to the dealership before but was not happy with the service I received there, and it was very expensive. So Don’s was recommended to me by a friend and I went out there to have the issue checked out. They were super quick, had checked out the issue and done a full inspection for free in under an hour. They diagnosed the issue I came in for, and pointed out a few other mild issues, but were not pushy and were very transparent was was an urgent issue and what really didn’t need to be fixed right now. I had to get both sets of breaks replaced and was a little caught of guard by the price at first, but after some googling and calling around they definitely had a great price for it compared to other places in the area. I ended up having some other things fixed as well and they were able to provide me a loaner car for the day which was very appreciated so I didn’t have to wait around for hours like I did at the dealership. Overall, excellent service, excellent price, and all around just nice people working there. Will definitely be taking my car back there in the future when there are issues, even if it is a little out of the way for me."
