"We have had 2 repairs completed by Watkins Springboro, and we are 100% happy that we made the switch to this company. The work is always high quality, and the employees we have dealt with have always been on time and professional. Most recently, our humidifier "condensate" was making a terrible sound, and we asked Watkins to come out to evaluate the situation. Evaluation took a very short time, and the repair/replacement was completed in that visit also, for a very reasonable cost! Our technician, Joe S., was very knowledgeable and gave us information on how to care for the system going forward, and also made changes to the initial installation to make caring for the system much easier in the future. We're sticking with Watkins for sure...highly recommend!"

"We recently purchased a new home, only to realize that the existing HVAC system was on its last legs. "We needed emergency service done at our residence. Watkins immediately sent a tech over and they were able to find the issue. Brad was very professional and informative and even let me look over to see what he was doing. He offered a no pressure option to upgrade my house HVAC system. Since our system was most likely the one that the house came with in 1950, we decided it was time to upgrade. Watkins was here for the install on time! "They we're amazing, fast, friendly and efficient.The entire process was done in less than 24 hours from the rep coming and giving us an estimate to getting financed and the very next morning they were here to install. They placed tarp down on our carpet so it wouldn't get dirty or wet since it was raining while they were here. They answered any questions we had and explained everything so we understood what they were talking about. They even come back out after so many days to make sure everything is working correctly and that we are happy with everything. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
