"Brand new location. They informed me of my exhaust hanging in the middle of my car and were very careful with driving it over the pit. Entire visit was 15 minutes. Gave me 2 bottles of water. Professional and clean environment. Slightly more expensive than I anticipated but they took my coupon with no hesitation. Wish I had a choice of brands of oil. Will go back when the time comes."
"The young man that took care of us yesterday was working as hard as he could. Felt bad for him only one changing oil the other employees were outside apparently working on a car. The other young kid that came in and out appeared not to know where things were under the hood. Then when the girl working put individual quarts of oil not letting the quarts completely drain so we figured out of 5 quarts there had to have been at least quarter to half thrown away. If everyone there worked as hard as the guy inside I would have given 5 stars. Made us feel little uncomfortable with the one didn't know much and the other went behind both of them tightening screws trying to make sure everything was put back together. I have been looking for a new place to go but unfortunately I will keep looking. Valvoline lost my business with issues they didn't seem to care. The young man who was working should be given compensation for the others who didn't help or had to have their work gone over better keep him looks like he's the only positive thing going on at this location."
"I went to take 5 yesterday in Hamilton ohio and they were great this might be a new location for the business but like the others I've been to the staff was awesome and very friendly I would definitely recommend paying them a visit for your cars service needs I personally had the pleasure of talking to and dealing with auto tech Vanessa and her supervisor very professional people I'll see yall in about 3 months this time with both of my cars"
