"Terrible customer service- I had to call another local travel agent to even get my questions answered. We were told multiple things by Cindy Nelson at this location that were blatant lies leaving us stranded at the airport for three hours and possibly missing our check in time for the cruise. I would highly avoid this company for any service. Cindy said there was absolutely nothing she could do to help us. Absolutely terrible!"

"I needed a trip tic to Tennessee and the young lady who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. She helped me map out a way other than the usual route everyone takes as we need to go the "back" way into the city to get to our cabin rental office. We have been going there for twenty years and have found this new way so much better - just needed exact turn offs, etc. She also gave me a visitors guide that was different from usual tour book and it is so much more helpful. She really was helpful in all ways. My husband and I are fifty year members and we have always gotten great help and service from AAA."
