"18 Jan 2024 - Levi came to take pressure readings of our gas line to assess if variations of gas pressure due to gas appliances going on and off might affect the pilot light of our gas water heater. He did identify a significant variations when our furnace turned on. I discussed with Levi the potential causes of those variations and how to remedy them. As always, Levi was very professional. I recommend him very highly. 12 Jan 2024 - Levi came to discuss with me potential reasons why my water heater and gas fireplace stove pilot lights turn off sporadically. After considering potential causes, we up a likely scenario and Levi is working on a test plan to be implemented in a weeks time. He is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend him. Levi did a repair on my water heater. He also installed a whole house filter system that replaced my salt water softener. He was very thorough and professional, completing all the tasks in less time than I expected. I highly recommend him."
