"I am a Mercedes-benz enthusiast & a first time customer. Justin & Chad did a great job diagnosing the necessary repair. They made the repair using upgraded parts, so the problem will never happen again. Repair was flawless. I will definitely FE again. Very happy customer."

"To be clear, I haven't had my vehicle serviced by Foreign Exchange so I cant speak their repair quality. However, they don't understand the distinction between foreign vs import vs domestic vehicles. They advertise work on foreign and import vehicles but will only actually work on foreign vehicles produced for the U.S. market. Foreign Exchange will work on "foreign import vehicles", but only foreign vehicles that are made for the U.S. market and not imported, according to them...which is an oxymoron. Foreign Exchange seems to define imports as vehicles made by a foreign manufacturer overseas for the domestic U.S. market...however that is a foreign car (foreign vs. domestic). Foreign vs domestic made is blurred nowadays as many "foreign" cars are actually produced in the U.S. and no longer overseas. Imports are vehicles brought into the U.S. though channels other than the official distribution channels, such as gray market vehicles (which I own). Their website says they are, "Specialists in the Service and Repair of Import cars," but as their reply to my previous comment states, they don't work on imported vehicles (no matter how similar to their domestic/foreign counterparts apparently). When I asked if they had diesel mechanics they said yes, but due to lack of experience they wont look at my car to see if there are any identifiable issues (exacerbating the problem of their technicians not having experience, despite having at least an ASE certification for diesel diagnostics). In closing, my issue is with a repair shop not knowing the difference in terminology and advertising for a service that they don't provide and keeping their technicians from learning on a vehicle they're unfamiliar with."

"Excellent service! Performed maintenance on 2021 VW Atlas. Identified only need items and did not try to upsell. Honest and great people!"

"They are very up front with the cost and ordered the parts I needed before having to bring my car in. They kept me updated on the jobs as well as checking with me mid repair on a side question. The repair was finished quickly and no surprise fees. Will always use them for my automotive needs."

"2014 Mercedes GL450. I needed a new radiator. Once I realized the AC heat exchanger needed to come off, I decided I needed someone qualified to do AC work. I was EXTREMELY happy with F.E.'s reasonable price. I would expect Merc work to be pricey, but this seemed reasonable even compared to fixing a domestic vehicle. Also, they made no pressure recommendations for other work that could be done, but wasn't required. Year later I took it back for the transmission service. I am a VERY DIY guy, but they are currently my go-to for bigger jobs on my two 2014 model Merc's. I would imagine they are pretty good for your standard work that other mechanics would try to gouge on, like brakes and such."
