"I called for service I was informed that the Tech would be avail between 2-4pm and that I would get a call when the tech was on their way. The Tech showed up at my house without calling, I had left to go the the hardware store 6 blocks up the street. The Tech did not call to inform me that he was on the way. I received a msg that I missed the Tech and that we'd try again tomorrow - I took off work a 2nd day to await the Tech. The Tech didn't show nor call. I've called several times to get service rescheduled but the Company has not returned any of my phone calls. there are 4 different phone numbers for the Company but Jim never returned any of my phone calls"
"Had not heard of this company but we had a whole-house drain problem on a Friday and none of the familiar plumbing companies could see us until Monday. Called Dayton Sewer and Drain in Beavercreek and he was at the door a few hours later. He knew exactly what to do, he fixed our problem at a fair price, and we started the weekend with our plumbing issues behind us. Highly recommended!"
