"I took my cell phone and waited for about 15 minutes. They told me they could fix it. I left him Saturday and he called Monday. They never called me, I had to call them. It wasn't ready on Monday, I called Wednesday and I got a different story. When the cell phone arrived it was out of repair, they had to know it from the moment I took it and they verified it from the beginning. I paid $53 or so for nothing. They also wanted to charge me $200 to get information from my cell phone when my cell phone has its own chip and memory. In addition, cell phones today are configured because the information is saved in accounts. The only thing is that I wanted them to turn on my cell phone. He has written notes that only stay on the cell phone and he can later buy another one. They are clever dishonest people. He thinks I'm a fool. Nowadays they are not interested in making customers, just stealing money. That's a legal way to steal money. I'm not coming back again."
"Super kind people who also know why they are doing! I used to bring in my laptop multiple times to get fixed. And would always come back working! While I did have to bring it in quite a few times, it was mainly due to the laptop itself. But! The last time I brought it in to get fixed was over a year ago. I have given it to my friends since and to this day he says it is still a powerful and well functioning laptop! Thank you Gem City Digitals for dealing with my, now friend’s laptop until it got back to the best condition it could!"
