"Dustin used a impact drill, instead of a wrench, to remove a bolt from my washer, shearing the head of the bolt. He then blamed the manufacturer for using too much Loctite. He would not admit it was his fault and was going to charge me for the part he broke, and the labor to repair it. The original part, the part he broke and the labor to repair the part broken part was going to cost close to that of purchasing a new washer. He did refund the cost of the initial service call. However, what should have been a quick $50 part and repair ended up costing me $700 for a new washer. So I am out $600. I understand things happen, however, when you make a mistake it should be owned up to and make right. Dustin should have paid for the part he broke and done the repair at no cost. Very unethical."

"Unprofessional. Called and got a prompt appointment, was told I would have Dustin coming out. The day of the appointment a lady calls and asks what the appointment window was I was given and then that she will be able to make it in that window. She did show up and was very sloppily dressed, said the job was "subbed out". She cleaned the washer and did get it working, but said the hub is going out. I asked for an estimate and she said it is expensive, but if it goes out in the next 90 days, there will be no service call to come back out. For payment, she said her credit card swiper was broken and a check is best. Then wanted me to write the check out to the owner instead of the business. Tried to call the main number, but got no answer. Super unprofessional, will not be calling them again."
