"I had an issue with my NUVU bread oven at my Subway located at Jeffersonville.I contacted Rob,GM of CPS Daytin last Friday and explained to him about the issues with my bread oven and what the tech from other companies did and my oven still did not work. I must say Rob was very responsive , diligent and helped me throughout the process from ordering the part to having it repaired by hos tech Scott today. I highly recommend CPS Dayton for all repair works that need to be done on heating equipment as I have had the best service experience from them compared to any other company in Columbus and Dayton areas. Great job Rob and thanks a lot to Scott who worked on my equipment today."

"They tried to charge us $500 to fix our fryer in which there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FRYER. Had a different company come and check it out and again there was nothing wrong with it. Call the company and the gentleman I spoke with to let him know that there was nothing wrong with the fryer and to question as to why he would charge me $500 and why I had to pay $100 service charge, he then hung up on me. PLEASE SAVE YOUR money and never go here!"
"Had problem dianosed, parts order, and put in, then told it was something else, which should have been checked first. Had 3 different techs work on problem, seemed like they repeated what first tech did. At $100 an HR they were not in a hurry or care about my business. I don't mind paying for work, but not 3 times. I have used them many times in past, but never again. Even tried to have reasonable conversation with manager and he tried to BS me and had no idea about anything that was done. Really feel cheated. BE CAREFUL ."
"It was a pleasurable visit. First time in a long time that note than one employee kept trying to find the right part for me. They done it with friendliness & concern TO go the extra mile for me. WOW !!!! Just don't have enough of this in the world anymore. Fantastic."
