"Incredible customer service, very straight to the point. Informative as well. I went in for a fan repair and within a week (since they order the parts) I was able to get it back in tip top shape! He even showed me the fan component and all the things and tests he ran on it. and it's affordable too! Safe to say, when the time comes for a RAM or storage upgrade, definatley coming back to these guys for sure."
"My mother just received her computer after a repair, but she cannot get into it as it seems Winners had changed the login information for the computer and now, she cannot get into it. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to give me the pin so I can relay it to her. Or call her if you know who she could be, but I do not want to post her information here. If we can get this fixed promptly, I would be happy to leave an update and change my rating as I understand things happen, the next step after things happen is what's important.
