"100 % excellent, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly service. I woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat! They were here within the hour and fixed the problem quickly. Texts to me along the way with updates and ETA, so I was reassured in a panic situation. Also provided information on future options. Tom was very knowledgeable as well as practical, and answered all my questions. I will need to replace in the coming months, which quite truthfully, I anticipated, and Stanley will be my first choice! "We live in Virginia and called Stanley to assist with a major drainage issue at one of our rental properties in Ohio. They were the third plumber we called as the first two were not great at communicating and just didn’t give us a good vibe. Stanley Plumbing was the exact opposite. The overall project took about a week and everyone from the back office to the technicians was professional, knowledgeable and service-oriented. We also had to coordinate their repairs with that of another contractor, which required them to pretty much be on-call for 2 days straight. They were more than accommodating and gracious in working with our schedule, when they could have just forced us to work off theirs. Being full time real estate investors, we know how difficult it is to find contractors who do what they say they will do and won’t nickel-and-dime you along the way. Stanley Plumbing is a rare breed in their trade and we would recommend them without hesitation.
