"Done the job for the price in the second time. First time I looked online and the tyre was being shipped to the shop from August 13-september 31st. The tyre replacement date was the 29th August (earliest I could get) and on 3rd September, it changed to 'appointment due 1st September - 2 days before the notice came. Customer service said it all to do with online booking and they have no control whatsoever on it so had to wait another week just to get it fitted. That was a struggle. The fitter themselves, got it in, replaced in under 15 mins... management took 3 weeks on getting the tyre to the shop."

"Hello, I had a flat tire, and I replaced the tire with the spare tire. It was a Sunday, and this walmart Auto care was open and was also nearby, so I went to them. They sold me the tire, but they refused to place the new tire themselves, because they claim the car had damages and they can't lift the car and be liable for extra damages. I have been to Toyota, Grismer,, and many more, and NO ONE came up with this ridiculous policy. Don't come here and waste your time and money. See the following photos. This is what they refused my car for. At least, they let me change the tire in their parking lot."

"I will never come back here again i walked in and ask if they was open the guy said yea. I waited for atleast 5 minutes and two guys just kept looking at me like imma ghost they didn't ask what I need help with or nothing. Then I called and no one picked up the phone either. If I could rate this a zero I would I just know I will never come to this location for service"

"Seems I can't leave less than a star. That's being generous. This is an ongoing saga, it starts 2 weeks ago... After doing much searching for reasonable pricing for RAM 1500 tires and not finding much (inflation is terrible, no pun intended), I decided to check Wally world.. new tire prices were shockingly lower than anywhere else! Score! AND...they could do it that day (so they told me). Drop the car off and mom picks me up (widowed recently, lives a half mile away; figured I could get some work done for her around the house while I wait). Get a call 1.5 hours later from a tech who states they can't do the job because the truck is unstable and shaky on the lift. I'm not driving a guided missile cruiser, it's a RAM truck. Not uncommon. I ask if they have a floor jack. Nope. Can't do the job, come get the truck. I ask if a manager is available (my name is not Karen)- nope- maybe when you come and pick up the truck. So I get there and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to the service desk, that ain't happening. So I stand by the door at the service bay until someone sees me, and motion to them. Finally, human contact. So I'm explaining to the service writer how the technician called and said they couldn't do the job- the tech said the lift was shaky. (I think his training was shaky) I told them that I needed the tires installed today, asked if they had a floor jack. Service writer is of no help. I offer to take the vehicle in the lot and dismount the tires one by one and bring them in to be individually changed, but since I'm now a member of the team, I expect the employee discount. Another tech overhears all this, and to his credit, decides to take the bull by the horns. Agreeing with both the fact that this seems to be a training issue AND acknowledging that the vehicle doesn't need to be 6 feet in the air, but lifted just enough to break tire to ground contact he begins service again, while several other goons stand and stare. Well, this is getting a bit long, but I now am facing the FOURTH time of bringing the truck back for proper tire balancing because they Just. Can't . Seem. To. Get. It. Right. The last two times I was told the balancing machine was out of calibration (THAT should halt all operation of the equipment) to be told by another employee that it "JUST got calibrated, today!", but the same was true for the last attempt, but "they did not calibrate it correctly". I work in the Metrology/calibration industry. They've refused to show me the calibration certification. Folks, take advantage of the tire prices there. Then take a drive to have them installed elsewhere. I'll report back with a modified review, if ever they make this right."
