"Easy to get to. Lots of parking space. Loved the fact that everything was done on the app and the reservation process was smooth! No one was there to push sale down my throat, I enjoyed the ease of test-driving the Model Y. I Wish I had more time to explore more about the car! My husband and I had an amazing time driving it!"

"My windshield had to be replaced under warranty after accepting delivery of vehicle at another TESLA location. Overall an excellent experience, and everything you would hope would work out as it should based on the terms and agreements for warranty. Bonus: Tim is work the front service counter and does an excellent job of scheduling you for services and advocating for their clients all within TESLA’s policy. Their technician also superb ( Shoutout to TJ) though sometimes they may be under staff, They’re very picky of who works on customer vehicles. Above all else, I am most appreciative that their technician was satisfied with the replacement part being all their standard, so they scheduled me again to make sure in the future windshield does not become a problem. Who knows if I would have noticed, but I greatly respect their level of integrity at this site."

"Squeaky front wheels- probable control arm problem. Made the appointment through my app- 12 noon in 2 weeks. Could have scheduled sooner, but had a vacation planned. Dropped the car off- technician wanted to go for a drive with me- one minute later the car is at the rack. Walked across the street for lunch at Outback. Started receiving texts about the diagnostics and updated estimate (yeah substantially more than the original sight unseen estimate as expected). I approved the work. Started getting updates through the app regarding repair progress. After lunch I returned to the service center and I was curious as to what they were actually replacing. The tech showed me my two upper control arms and how they had worn. He estimated another 1/2 hour of work. So I decided to wait in the very spacious and comfortable waiting room. One of the best car repair experiences ever."
